The sports complex has a gross area of ​​approximately 150,000 m2 and is located in the hinterland of Velika plaža, in Ulcinj.

Projected contents of the complex:

• 7 football fields, of which:

               -   1 football field, dimensions 120x78 m, with an auditorium capacity in the stands of    500 seats, materialization: natural grass,

               -   4 football fields, dimensions 105x68 m, materialization: natural grass,

               -   2 football fields, measuring 90x60 m, materialization: artificial grass,

• Multifunctional hall, designed for the following sporting events:

               -   Volleyball,

               -   Basketball

               -   Handball,

               -   with accompanying facilities (locker rooms, rooms for coaches, judges, physiotherapists, rooms for doping testing, etc.)

• Main building, designed for the needs of accompanying service facilities:

               -   Gym

               -   Cafe bar

               -   accompanying facilities (locker rooms, rooms for coaches, judges, physiotherapists, rooms for doping testing, etc.)

• Main square

• Stationary traffic, for the following categories of traffic participants:

               -   Buses, parking capacity 16 parking spaces (2 buses per sports field),

               -   Cars, parking capacity 132 parking spaces,

               -   Bicycles, parking capacity 34 parking spaces.
