In May 2019, the Holiday Villages Montenegro hotel in Ulcinj was officially opened by the investor Karisma Hotels Adriatic Montenegro, a partner of Karisma Resorts International, a leader in the hotel industry, which has an exceptional collection of award-winning hotels.

The company StructurARCH Group _ Studio SAG continued its successful cooperation with the hotel and catering group Karisma Adriatic, after the first phase of reconstruction of the existing hotel complex - Hotel Olimpic.

Three annexes - capacity of 100 rooms each, reconstruction of the existing restaurant, for the needs of construction in the second phase, have designed complete conceptual and main projects, as well as performed expert supervision on the construction of the following spatial capacities:

• upgrading and expanding the capacity of the existing restaurant,
• sun deck, capacity about 300 deck chairs + 4 day beds,
• snack bar,
• fish & chips bar,
• children's pool, with accompanying entertainment equipment,
• swimming pool for adults, with accompanying equipment for relaxation and enjoyment,
• as well as landscaping on an area of ​​about 100,000 m2, with traffic infrastructure.
